From environment to behavior to evidence.

Four flies per group use paired positions, headings and exploration noise from the same seed. Each group has three identical food patches totaling 240 units.

Individuals sense food within a radius and turn toward the nearest patch. Feeding starts within 0.65 mm ; food is depleted, and movement and time consume energy. Boundaries turn flies inward. The timestep is 0.05 seconds; playback speed only changes observation speed.

Parameters are an initial strain concept. Mating, learning and real neural models are not implemented. This engineering demonstration is not a law of fly behavior. One seed with four pairs cannot support statistical inference.

Records include the model version, configuration and individual outcomes. SHA-256 hashes canonical JSON. Replays recompute outcomes. An on-chain hash is a checkable record, not a validation of biological fidelity.
